Neil and Sam helped me with an electrical fault at my house, and I was very impressed with their service. They quickly assessed the problem, arranged an appointment, and turned up exactly when promised — something that is increasingly rare these days! There was an app that they used for confirming the appointment and letting me know when they were on their way.
Both were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fully certified, and their fee was very reasonable. I found them highly trustworthy and would happily use N. Brown Electrical again. Highly recommended!
