I can't speak highly enough of Neil. He was very thorough and worked very hard. He was punctual, friendly, and his rates were very competitive. We had more work that needed to be done than we initially requested, so we've already been back to Neil for most of it and will be going back to him again for the rest when we have the money. Couldn't recommend him more highly.
