Neil did an extensive rewiring job in an apartment we were renovating from first fix to final testing. Not only did he offer invaluable advice on placement of lighting and outlets, he was also extremely accommodating when changes to plan were made. He was punctual, reliable and very neat and tidy, always clearing up well. All work he has done for us has been within budget and completed on time. I would recommend him for excellent work, reliability and fair pricing.
